    COMPANY ESTABLISHMENT

    On November 9th 2015 PT SIP was officially established with a focus business on Property Development and Investment.

  • 2017
    GROUND BREAKING SS (SOCIAL SECURITY) TOWER BUILDING

    The Groundbreaking Ceremony of the SS Tower Building was carried out. This event was attended and inaugurated by the Indonesian Minister of Manpower, Mr. Hanif Dhakiri along with the Mayor of South Jakarta and the Board of Directors of PT SIP.

  • 2018
    TOPPING OFF SS (SOCIAL SECURITY) TOWER BUILDING

    Topping-Off The SS Tower Building which was attended by Mr. Agus Susanto as Director of Bpjamsostek, Mr. Ir. Lukman Hidayat as President Director of PT PP (Persero) Tbk and Mr. Afdiwar Anwar as President Director of PT SIP.

  • 2019
    CHANGING THE NAME OF THE SS (SOCIAL SECURITY) TOWER TO PLAZA BPJAMSOSTEK
    The naming change of the SS Tower Building to Plaza Bpjamsostek has been ratified through the Deed of Minutes of the PT SIP EGMS dated 03 May 2019.
  • 2023
    DIVESTMENT OF PT PP (PERSERO) TBK

    On June 27 2023, a conditional Share Sale and Purchase Agreement was signed between BPJamsostek and PT PP (Persero) Tbk. After the agreement is signed, BPJamsostek has a share ownership of PT SIP of 99.65% and PT Nayaka Era Husada with an ownership of 0.35%.
