Code of Ethics
In order to realize the Company's vision and mission, PT SIP is committed to implementing and achieving good Corporate Governance standards. The code of ethics is an integral part in implementing the Corporate Governance policy. The Company's Code of Ethics describes the basic principles of personal and professional behavior which constitute the minimum standards of behavior and are expected to be carried out by every Company Personnel in carrying out their duties. Responsibility for monitoring personal and professional relationships lies with each Company Personnel which can generally be described as follows:
- Comply with and obey the laws and regulations applicable in the Company;
- Avoid activities/activities that could cause a conflict of interest;
- Store and maintain the confidentiality of Company information and information relating to parties who have business relationships with the Company.
